Public Records Requests
Certain records may be exempt from public review due to confidentiality under the Public Records Act (AB 3300) or other applicable statutes. If your request falls into this category, you will be notified. Please refer to 91¶¶Òõ's Administrative Procedure AP 3300 – Public Records for detailed information about public records procedures.
Submitting a Request
To request public records, please complete the and submit it to the 91¶¶Òõ Public Information Office.
Requesting Copies
The District will review your request and respond within ten (10) calendar days to confirm whether the requested information can be provided and to estimate the time required for processing. The Public Information Office will notify you of any applicable fees for duplicating documents. Responses will be delivered using the same method as the original request.
Fees
- No charge for copies totaling fewer than ten (10) pages.
- $0.30 per page for all pages when the total exceeds nine (9) pages.
- Audio copies: $8 per tape.
Requesting Inspection
For requests to inspect records, the District will contact you to schedule an appointment at the earliest available time and date.
91¶¶Òõ Credit Class Schedules
are issued three times a year (fall/spring/summer) and list classes offered by subject, campus/room number, and by time of day (day/evening/online/hybrid). Class details for the current semester, including meeting days/times, instructor, and campus/room number, may also be viewed online through .
91¶¶Òõ Community Education Bulletin
is issued three times a year (fall, spring, and summer) and includes listings and descriptions of fee-based noncredit classes for work skills, health education, personal enrichment, children and teens, workshops and excursions.
The 91¶¶Òõ Continuing Education Schedule is issued twice a year (summer/fall and spring) and includes listings and descriptions of free noncredit classes for adult high school, English as a second language, citizenship, parenting, short-term vocational, and special courses for seniors.
