Ordering Official Credit Transcripts
Transcript requests are made online through Parchment.
Student Transcript Requests: The first two transcripts requested are free; thereafter, $7 per request ($5.00 transcript fee and a $2.00 processing fee) applies to each online request.
Third-Party Transcript Requests: Third-party requests require a signed release from the student and include a fee of $15 per transcript.
Sending transcripts to MiraCosta from other Institutions
When sending your official transcripts to 91¶¶Òõ, please ensure that the name on your transcript matches the current or former name we have on file. If your name has changed, you may need to update your student records before submitting your transcript to avoid processing delays.
Once received, please allow 1-3 business days for us to accept and process your incoming transcript.

Electronic transcripts must be sent directly from the institution to 91¶¶Òõ to be considered official. It will be considered unofficial if you provide a personal or downloaded copy.

General Information Regarding Transcripts

- Transcript fees must be paid at the time you submit your request or include the payment
with your letter.
- The first two transcripts ever requested are free; thereafter, $7 per request ($5.00 transcript fee and a $2.00 processing fee) will be added to the transcript requests submitted through our online method.
- Only 91¶¶Òõ credit will show on your transcript.
- Transfer credit (coursework completed at other institutions) does not appear on your 91¶¶Òõ transcript.

Evaluation of Foreign Transcripts
If you have college transcripts from outside of the United States they will have to be translated by a foreign transcript evaluation service. You are encouraged to meet with an to determine if this meets your academic goals.
